Learn, in just a few simple steps, how to provide us with the best possible information details so it can reach your desired audience.
Make sure the information you send us answers questions like: Who? What? Where? When? Why? With what result? Why is it a significant achievement? If you want your article to appear on the website, try to provide a longer description – we will prepare a concise version for social media.

Scientists from the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Medical University of Gdańsk participated in the 30th European Emergency Medicine Congress – one of the largest scientific events dedicated to emergency medicine. The congress took place from October 12–16, 2024, in Copenhagen. Led by Prof. Mariusz Siemiński, the Polish delegation included Klaudia Krzyżaniak, Ph.D. and Robert Krion, Ph.D. who presented the research achievements of their unit. All studies received significant interest and positive feedback from participants worldwide.
Ensure that the photos you send are in high resolution, clear and well-cropped, free from distortions, missing parts or disproportionate elements.
The minimum dimensions for photos are 1080×1080px. Please avoid blurry, cropped, or disproportionate images. Always include the photographer’s credit. If the photos do not meet quality standards or if none are provided, we will use an illustration from a stock photo library.
Once you send us your information, we will review and edit it before determining which communication channels to use. While we work diligently, publications are subject to our standard timelines and schedule, so your submission may appear on our channels within a few days.
Good news should not wait! Submissions must meet the following timeframes: No more than 14 days after the event you’re describing, at least 7 days before the event you’re inviting people to and it’s best if you also include an English translation to reach a wider audience.
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to decline publication or adjust the choice of communication channels. We use the following publication platforms: MUG’s website (Polish and English versions), University’s Facebook page (Polish and English versions), Instagram (Polish version), Extranet, X (formerly Twitter, Polish version), LinkedIn (Polish version).
